How to get rid of my video game / computer / TV addiction?

I'm just playing video games, go on computer or watching TV all day. About 85-90 percent of my day with computers, video games or TV in a room. And I want to stop, but for some reason, every time they try to quit, play the final game. I have no motivation to do something else. He has no friends who like to go out. I had a friend who had used to go far away, but has moved. I can play sports for a lot of hate with the exception of golf, but I not a friend who loves golf. I will not go out and do things alone, I'll just spend time with friends. I am desperate for help! I need advice or methods of how to break my addiction!

Make busy join a golf club and sports and make new friends with people who share the same interests as you. May also be independent and do things for yourself and will explore the city or your area, it is much better to do these things on their own to sit in front of a computer on their own.
